Refund policy

At Taily Apparel, we only accept returns for faulty or damaged items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, as all items are made to order.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@tailyapparel.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have concerns about any specific item, please contact us.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
To get the item you want, we recommend returning the original item, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If you are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no reason needed. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
